Very useful stuff for joints and more! I started taking MSM plus collagen and vitamin C, and the condition of my joints has significantly improved—no more pain, and I can now endure heavy loads. I used to catch a cold frequently from drafts, but since I've made this change, sitting in front of an open winter window in just my shorts didn’t faze me. I find the capsules convenient, as they save time compared to the MSM powder.

Above all praise. I ordered this for the first time and it's considerably cheaper than previous purchases. I have recommended it for alleviating allergic reactions, and it has truly helped. Since using it last season, I’ve managed to avoid getting sick from colds. Moreover, I've noticed improvements in my skin, nails, and hair. The pimples on my face disappeared just before "women's day", and the pain and crunch in my joints have also gone. I will continue to buy here, as I can't find anything at this price in Ukraine.

Gradual improvement
I often suffer from pancreatic pancreatitis and catch colds frequently. I believe I should take this for two weeks. While I don’t see dramatic results yet, I feel I am gradually improving.
